Ok, so pretty much all of us can take a picture with our phone and share it via text, email or a social media post.....but what if it is a really cute picture that you would like to physically share...….or keep and frame?!
In each case, for me, it all started with a photograph.
Anniversary Card:
A number of years ago my husband and I took a trip out west with a new camera and a tripod, just in case!! Well at one of our favorite national parks we decided to try out the tripod and timed exposure. The results were comical with both of us talking just as the timer went off, on several shots!! Obviously neither of us knew, at that time, just how the camera worked. Fast forward to our 36th anniversary. I was searching through my box of photographs, you know that box, and found this photo. Thinking about all of our years together, I decided to turn it into a "Still working it out after 36 years!!" anniversary card for my Hubby!! Note, you can see by the last photo that we were finally successful!!
Favorite "Kid":
I know that you are not supposed to have a favorite "kid". A little stray that decided to stay, Hollywood would rank right up near the top. A feisty little sprite with the most beautiful markings, I was able to capture a few pretty nice photos of her. This one was one of the best and I thought that maybe I could scan it into the computer and see what happens. The scan was successful, I fixed a few flaws and now have a beautiful print for me and a greeting card for the studio!!
Which means, you can do the same.....
And, it doesn't have to be a Christmas card.....although the picture a friend provided of her dog Blaney turned out pretty darned cute!
Find that special box of photos, take a trip down memory lane and then think about turning your favorite picture into a greeting card or print.
Email your favorite photo, in JPEG format, to the Studio's email address. Or, should you have an actual photograph that you want to use, send me a message and I will provide my mailing address. Your original photo will be scanned for me to customize and returned to you with your order.
