If you peruse the Studio often, you'll know that I am obsessed with a few things.....antiques, architecture, birds, butterflies, cats, the great outdoors.....well hmmm, maybe more than a few!!
This offering of unframed 5" x 7" prints features a few of my latest photos and an old favorite, Mutt & the Deer. That particular picture of my "Big Game Hunter" is too funny!! The rest of that story was captured in another picture - Mutty heading for the house as the deer turned around!! And while the "Portrait of a Raccoon" makes me smile, chasing them off the feeders doesn't but it also provides my step aerobic exercise for the day!!! The male oriole in the tree was a lucky shot from our upstairs window, what a beautiful bird!! The photos of the chipmunk, dove, catbird and female cardinal were taken on a partially sunny Sunday from our side yard woodshed. Camera, tripod and long lens in hand I headed out to see what I could uncover as you really never know! The one that got away was the absolutely beautiful Indigo Bunting - he cleverly hid behind some tall grass and while I can tell where he is in the photo, it would be a challenge for anyone else....bummer!!
